Rachel Siefert pioneers new frontiers personally and professionally
OCTOBER 2, 2020What does it feel like to be the first?
“It is one of my proudest achievements,” AlphaGroup Account Manager Rachel Siefert said about being the first in her family to attend and graduate college while achieving a 4.0 GPA from East Stroudsburg University.
Rachel’s pioneering spirit and pride in her work is evident in her professional life as well. As an account manager, Rachel delivers client service excellence and team leadership while offering guidance to all departments within the agency. She drives organic business development and leads financial forecasting, ensuring the continued growth of the agency. Rachel’s drive for success was initiated in previous positions at ICON plc, FDH Velocitel, Developmental Enterprises Corporation, AmeriCorps PACC VISTA, and Devereux Pennsylvania Pocono Programs.
Rachel supports charitable organizations with the same passion and commitment. While in college, she was the campus chapter president for Habitat for Humanity where she collaborated with community partners such as the YMCA and AWSOME (Animal Welfare Society of Monroe). Her leadership helped to earn the campus chapter international recognition from Habitat for Humanity International.
Outside of AlphaGroup, Rachel immerses herself in the beauty of Mother Nature and the spiritual growth of her church. Her favorite outdoor activities include hiking, camping, and kayaking in the Philadelphia area’s expansive wildlife parks and Pocono mountain regions. She volunteers extensively to support the efforts of her church and participates in its annual Christmas play in the role of Jesus’ mother, Mary.
