MEDICAL COMMUNICATIONS PROCESS

We focus on a team approach, offering clients direct access to any team member at any time. If you need to discuss scientific content, you can instantly contact your Scientific Communications Manager or Scientific Director. If your question is about a statement of work, you can contact the Account Manager or Supervisor. Our policy of open access to team members has allowed us to successfully deliver the highest quality of service in the industry.

The QE/QC process is a unique aspect of our service. The quality control team is led and staffed by PhD scientists and is responsible for ensuring all documents are factually and grammatically correct, formatted properly, and are prepared with 100% accuracy. The quality editorial team works under the direction of the Scientific Communications Manager for individual projects and reports to the Scientific Director for the overall account.

OUR QUALITY
PROCESS INCLUDE:

  • Proofreading and copy-editing all documents for grammatical errors
  • Formatting all documents for the intended venue (eg, congress, journal, or house style)
  • Assisting with gathering required forms and documents for submissions
  • Ensuring scientific accuracy and relevance of data and statements
  • Submission of materials
