In her current role as VP, Head of Client Services with AlphaBioCom, Iesha Lewis-Crofoot has direct oversight of multiple integral accounts within therapeutic areas including dermatology, oncology, neurology, ophthalmology, and cancer immunotherapy. During a career that spans more than 15 years in account and client management, Iesha has successfully supported traditional medical communications (manuscripts, abstracts, posters, presentations), as well as strategic initiatives to include scientific platform and lexicon development, publication plan development, systematic literature reviews, podcasting, and landscape analyses, as well as medical affairs projects including investigator brochures, AMCP dossier development, MSL educational materials, MLR review coordination/Veeva support, and global slide repository rollout and ongoing updates.

Iesha’s expertise includes tenure within the editorial aspect of medical communications via editing and proofreading clinical content and creative collateral. During her years spent in direct project management, Iesha’s focus was in helping clients achieve their goals by positioning as a true partner, streamlining project management and delivery, providing industry insight into compliance best practices, implementing SOPs for higher productivity, promoting team-building, and ensuring proactive budget forecasting and overall accuracy. Her initiatives have been recognized as being a direct factor in providing significant improvement in both team and client relations. Additional areas of focus include mentoring and training staff to develop and achieve career goals.

JENNIFER MEYERING

In her role as VP, Head of Scientific Services with AlphaBioCom, Jennifer Meyering has direct scientific oversight of several accounts covering various therapeutic areas including oncology, cardiology, neurology, ophthalmology, and dermatology. Throughout her 15-plus years in medical communications, Jennifer has overseen content creation for both traditional medication communications (manuscripts, abstracts, posters, and presentations) along with medical affairs work such as MSL slide decks, regulatory documents, AMCP dossiers, and literature searches. Jennifer is well-versed in strategic and tactical activities including scientific communication platforms, lexicons, publication planning, landscape analyses, and gap analyses.

Prior to moving into medical communications, Jennifer worked as a registered nurse, specializing in cardiovascular critical care, and was a hospital Director of Critical Care. After leaving clinical healthcare, Jennifer moved into medical publishing and spent several years focusing on nursing education and communications before transitioning into medical communications.

Jennifer joined AlphaBioCom in 2016 as a medical writer. Her passion, dedication, and knowledge of a broad range of therapeutic areas resulted in Jennifer earning numerous promotions and working her way up to her current role. With her unique background, Jennifer brings not only a strong clinical understanding, but also extensive expertise in medical communications to her role at AlphaBioCom.
